The Why Course

This is a two day course (with a 2 week break between days)

This course is guaranteed to take your business forward, by giving you the knowledge, the tools and the impetus to inspire you to greater heights. You only get one chance to be the “best you” you can be, so whether your business is stuck in a rut, or you are just starting out, all the techniques, systems and strategies we teach you are appropriate and relevant to every business scenario.

The course is run over two days, and is extremely intense and participative. By the end of the two days you will have the knowledge and tools to create a business that can work without you, and the capability to fulfil your “why?”

After the first full day, you will have a one to one session with Chris to ensure you understand and are working on the topics already covered.

Strategic Planning Workshop.

This is a one day course.

Strategic planning is critical to enable a business to achieve its full potential and for you as the business owner to achieve your goals, both personal and business. During the day we will look at what you want from your business and then show you how to create a plan for the next quarter. You will identify and prioritise the key areas to be worked on over the next 90 days, to grow your business and then set the 12 Key Actions to be carried out over that time period. This plan will then give you a clear path to creating the business you want and help you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself.

You should see this as part of an ongoing commitment, so that you return to this course once a quarter. This helps you to achieve your goals, by reporting on your success each quarter, and being held accountable to completing your actions.
