The Why Course

This is a two day course (with a 2 week break between days)

Strategic Planning Workshop.

This is a one day course.

Strategic planning is critical to enable a business to achieve its full potential and for you as the business owner to achieve your goals, both personal and business. During the day we will look at what you want from your business and then show you how to create a plan for the next quarter. You will identify and prioritise the key areas to be worked on over the next 90 days, to grow your business and then set the 12 Key Actions to be carried out over that time period. This plan will then give you a clear path to creating the business you want and help you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself.

You should see this as part of an ongoing commitment, so that you return to this course once a quarter. This helps you to achieve your goals, by reporting on your success each quarter, and being held accountable to completing your actions.
